  • This policy applies to all services, projects, and SaaS subscriptions offered by KeywordsFly Technology Pvt. Ltd., including but not limited to marketing retainers, website development, design services, and software platforms like MedMeUp.

  • By purchasing or subscribing to any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Cancellation Policy.


2. Project-Based Services (Marketing, Design, Development)

  • Once a project has started (i.e., after strategy approval, work kickoff, or resource allocation), cancellations are not permitted, and payments made are non-refundable.

  • If you wish to cancel before the project begins, you may do so by sending a written request to info@keywordsfly.com.

    • In such cases, partial refunds (if applicable) may be processed after deducting administrative or consultation fees, typically 10โ€“20% of the total project value.

  • All cancellation requests must be formally acknowledged by our team via email to be considered valid.


3. SaaS Subscriptions (e.g., MedMeUp Platform)

  • You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team at info@keywordsfly.com.

  • Once canceled, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • No refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the subscription once payment is processed.

  • In case of accidental charges, duplicate payments, or technical errors, please contact us immediately โ€” eligible refunds will be processed within 7โ€“10 business days after verification.


4. Third-Party Services

If any part of your service includes third-party integrations (like Google Ads, Meta Ads, domain, or hosting services), the cancellation terms of those providers will apply in addition to our own.
